Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Estimated delivery times vary by location, typically 10–21 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes assessed upon delivery.
Multiple Shipments Some orders may ship in multiple packages from different fulfillment partners. You may receive separate tracking numbers — this is normal and all items will arrive within the estimated timeframe.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at indycoolsuppliers@mail.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
